A word on multiple occupancy

You are welcome to request double or triple occupancy, even if you do not have a roommate(s) in mind.  We will group people accordingly.

Triple occupancy is subject to minimum registration.  If you register with a group of three, the minimum is met – you may pay your deposit and the room will be guaranteed (if one is available).  If you request triple occupancy without roommates, the room will not be guaranteed until the other beds are claimed.  For more information on the particulars of this option, please e-mail info@jcfbootcamp.com.

How can I pay?

A minimum initial deposit of $400 is due on July 1, 2012.  Thereafter, the balance of the trip is due September 6, 2012.  You may pay in installments or in-full by this time.  Rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.  Thus, the sooner you pay, the more likely it is that you will receive the bed of your choice.

You can pay via cash or check or with a credit card online.  For each credit card transaction, there will be a 3% processing fee.

Do I have to have travel insurance?
You are required to carry travel insurance, valid during the retreat’s duration, in order to attend this retreat. There are no hospitals or airports in town, and if anything were to happen, you may be required to be medically evacuated via helicopter. This can cost upwards of $50,000; travel insurance costs about $35 for the week. Please make sure you are aware of your carrier’s coverage and policies. Purchase a policy that includes emergency medical evacuation, flight cancellation/delay, international medical coverage, and trip cancellation, at minimum.   For info and to book insurance click here.

Is there any documentation that I am required to fill out?
You will be required to sign a release prior to the trip.  The release is available here.  There is also a registration form that will allow you to enter your bed preference, your choice of activities, and any food allergies or other concerns.

Refunds
Payments are refundable up until September 6, 2012.
