What does TROTFITNESS offer?
Boot Camp, Lower Impact Group Fitness for those 55 and over, Personal Training, Sports Peak Performance, Fitness Consulting, and Nutrition Programs all in-house and online.

What is Boot Camp?
Our TROTFITNESS Boot Camp is an indoor and online team fitness program for all fitness levels. You can burn tons of calories in as little as 30 minutes with a brand of fitness that employs unique body weight training, core conditioning, muscle endurance tactics, and much more! You will be energized with your workout partners in our high intensity interval training sessions as boot camp chants and songs will provide some of the highlights that go along with toning the body and blasting fat! Take on the challenge and be "Trotternized!" If you desire something with low intensity we also have a lot of modifications geared towards those who are 55 and older and/or for those who desire to take it easy due to further risk of injury. Is TROTFITNESS only for those who are physically fit?
No. All fitness levels are welcome to join. No one will be asked to complete more than they are are capable of doing safely. You will be challenged regardless of your fitness level.
How many times can I come to Boot Camp?
You can camp between 1 to 6 days a week. It all depends on your availability and membership type.
How long are the TROTFITNESS sessions?
All sessions normally last between 30 to 45 minutes (but will never go over an hour).
What if a session is scheduled and there are snowy/icy conditions?
We cancel sessions during severe winter weather for the safety of our clients and staff. Please check email, text messages, and the VIP Facebook page.
What time of year does TROTFITNESS close?
TROTFITNESS closes during the below times:
The first full week of July.
The week between Christmas and New Years - December 25 through January 1
TROTFITNESS may decide to close during other occasions as deemed necessary and appropriate.
Is there any time of year that the boot camp session times are held outside?
Yes. During the month of May, our Saturday sessions may be held at Hufnagle Park. This is where it all started for TROTFITNESS and we like to celebrate what we call, "MAYHEM." This is a free event for all who participate and 100% of donations received go to a charity of our choice.
What types of exercises are included in the TF Boot Camp program?
There will be such exercises as: HIIT, circuit training, speed and agility training, sports specific training, core conditioning, cone drills, plyometrics muscle endurance, cardiorespiratory fitness, cardio boxing, & much more!
What can I gain from TF Boot Camp?
Toned, more fit body. You will lose inches, flatten that tummy, tone those muscles and increase your energy without a single treadmill or bench press machine! You will gain more confidence and sense of gratification when recognizing performance and visual improvements.
How do I sign up for TROTFITNESS?
If you are a new camper simply click on SIGN-UP-NOW tab. If you have camped with us before, please call or email us to set up a membership consultation.
What if I am running late?
Sessions begin promptly, so please note the days and times of your sessions and make every effort to arrive to camp at least 10 minutes early. We must get all of our campers checked in and ready to TROT-IT-OUT. In order to remain compliant with the fitness industry standards, it's extremely important for your body to be properly warmed up before we begin our workout and therefore, late comers will NOT be allowed to participate if absent during check-in and warm-up. We want you to be safe and healthy!
Are men welcomed to sign up?
Yes. Our workouts are designed for any and everybody. ALL fitness levels, truly.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final upon purchase. Refunds are non-negotiable and memberships are non-transferable.
What should I bring to a TF Boot Camp session?
Members should bring the following:
•an exercise mat (if during our outdoor season)
•a water bottle
•ENERGY & EFFORT!!
Will I be sore from a TF workout?
Most people feel soreness for the first 2-4 days. However, everyone is different. Just remember that soreness is part of the process that allows you to improve and adapt.
How many calories can I burn during a TF workout session?
The number of calories each person burns per session varies. However, depending on your body parameters (type, composition, intensity, range of motion), you can burn tons of calories per session.
How soon will I see results?
Performance (Cardiovascular) improvements can take place in the first week. Visual (physical) improvements can take place in 2-4 weeks depending on your level of effort. Note that each person’s results will vary. However, it is common for a member to go down 1-2 sizes within the first month.
How often can I take advantage of a running promotion?
We offer on-going promotions year round. We kindly ask that you wait 6 months before taking advantage of any promotions. However, there is always an opportunity to take part in any of our full-time offerings. Simply, let us know of your interest and we'd be happy to welcome you back into our fitness family!
Will I get a discount if I refer someone to TROTFITNESS?
