TF Fat-Loss Nutrition Program
The TF FLN program is designed to provide you with practical knowledge and tools that will empower you take control of your life through nutrition. FLN will be an immersive experience to participants, which includes: nutrition planning, food journal review and feedback, grocery store "tour," weekly group progress meetings, and much, much more!

• 8 weeks of nutritional coaching and support
• Initial 1 hour Health Consultation and Action Plan

• Two administered Body Measurements and Body Fat Analysis
• Prescribed caloric intake recommendation based on Analysis
• Weekly weigh-ins
